Very clean, care staff caring and knowledgeable, food is tasty and pleasing to the eye, a problem don’t worry handled in timely manner. I am living here going on 3 years.

Looking forward to the mixer tomorrow afternoon. We Love being a Mobile Notary for residents of The Villages at Red Mountain 🥰

This place is not only beautiful but has beautiful/amazing people working there , people that actually have compassion, love , concern and put their all into the elderly that they help take care of. Lorell O’Delll is the probably the most caring and compassionate person I have ever met. Lorell helped my grandmother get out of a really bad group home. She helped with every part of the process and any paperwork necessary. She spent endless hours speaking to me , my family, my grandma , any doctors and/or medical type staff. She has a heart that is pure and got into the position she is in for good reason! We as a family could not be more grateful for Lorell and all staff! Thank you guys for everything you do for not only my grandma but everyone that has the opportunity to live in your facility!

We knew this was the right place for my Dad when we met the staffing team. They were kind, professional, and sincerely cared about my Dad. They took the time to get to know him as a person as well as his special needs due to dementia. Today, he is happy, has new friends, and wonderful care in his beautiful new home at Heritage Village. We are thankful we found the right fit for Dad and can't thank the staff enough for all they do!
