HERON CLUB AT PRESTANCIA (THE)

My mother, Ann has lived at Heron Club for 5 months now. My mom is not an easy person to help, very stubborn often (daily) resisting care and medication management. The staff have been fantastic, I can’t say enough about how patient and responsive they have been. Nykiea (DRC) is amazing, willing to meet and strategy ways to meet moms needs. Jasmine and Rachel also have been amazing, very helpful, patient, and attentive to mom. Definitely the right community. Our family appreciates your hard work and dedication.

My family recently helped my brother move into The Heron Club at Prestancia, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Steve, the manager, was patient, caring, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything easy and gave us real peace of mind. The facility is very well maintained and truly beautiful—clean, welcoming, and well organized. My brother has already settled in and really likes it there. We’re grateful for the support we received and highly recommend The Heron Club and Steve to anyone looking for quality assisted living.

I searched all of Sarasota so you don't have to! My family is overjoyed with the level of service Steve the Marketing Director provided. Heron Club is exactly what my grandmother needed. Above and beyond service from knowledgeable staff, clean common spaces and GREAT food options, it's a no brainer. Overall, its comforting to know my grandmother is safe and loved by staff who treat her like their own family.

I want to live here!! My mother in law just recently has moved and it’s wonderful!! From the moment your greeted you feel at home. Steve is phenomenal, without him the transition would not had been as easy as it was!!! The facility, food and staff are top notch. We looked at many places and are sooo glad we decided on Heron Club @ Prestancia!!

This is a wonderful senior living community! The staff is friendly and welcoming and have gone above and beyond to make my mother feel welcome and comfortable. There is no doubt in my mind that she will be well cared for. The facility is clean and well maintained. The services and support available to the residents is excellent. So happy to have found such a wonderful place. Highly recommend!!
