As the Behavioral Health Integration Manager that visits Heron East, I have a unique perspective on the community, and I can confidently say it's an amazing place. What truly sets Heron East apart is the staff's genuine care for the residents. They go above and beyond, stopping at nothing to ensure everyone is happy, comfortable, and exceptionally well taken care of. It's more than just a facility; it's a place where residents' quality of life is a top priority. Megan is truly the heart of Heron East. She has been there for years and it’s clear that her dedication, kindness, and work ethic make a huge difference in how smoothly everything runs. Whether helping residents directly or guiding families through transitions, Megan’s patience and warmth bring so much comfort. From our very first experience with Heron East was wonderful. Suzanne has been fabulous! She has been kind, helpful and her positive enthusiasm has been AMAZING! We had a great feeling from moment we pulled into the parking lot. Brad and Suzanne have guided us with knowledge and reassurance. Every staff member has been patient and gracious. We introduced ourselves to other residents and they agreed that the food is great and staff is wonderful! We feel our mother will be safe and very well cared for!

My friend has been here for many years. She is safe and treated well by the staff. What's important is that she call it her home now and is happy. This is all possible because of the staff, but mostly because of Megan. She is amazing. I am so very happy that she is with Heron East and my friend has someone she feels very safe with. I don't know what I would do with you Megan... Megan should be cloned......
