Hibiscus Court, is a warm friendly community of people. The staff is also friendly ,caring and great lesseners.Plus thier knowledge and insight is impressive. The care that my Mother gets,warms my heart. Ohya,the food is Good! Also plenty of activities.And, support of medical needs and care. Thank you

My father has been at Hibiscus Court for 4 months now. The care he gets there is "serviceable", but my issue is with the office staff. They have conveniently deducted $10,000 out of my bank account over the last two months, without appropriately processing the paperwork for reimbursement from my father's LTC insurance policy. I have reached out to the office staff at Hibiscus Court on a number of occasions, and they never take or return my phone calls. They are always "in a meeting". This is absolutely unacceptable. We are not talking a small amount of money here, we are talking about $10,000!

As a professional guardian, I have experiences with most facilities in Brevard County. Hibiscus Court is by far the most consistently well run assisted living. From the Executive Director to the aides on the floor, the staff is professional and communicative. Even with the pandemic, the residents are happy with the accommodations, the food and the activities.I appreciate how hard each team member works to insure each resident feels comfortable and recognized.

We have been so very happy with our mom's experience at Hibiscus Court. Every single member of the staff has known her name since day 1 and everyone is always so caring and attentive. Having to place our mom in assisted living at the age of 101 was so very difficult for us...but at 103 she is still going strong and she continually tells us how everyone at Hibiscus is so good to her. We could not ask for a better more caring environment.

Such a wonderful and caring staff. They treat the residents like family (and family of residents like family). Never had any regrets about Mom being there, and she was always happy there. Hibiscus Court is a wonderful place when a family member needs assisted living care.
