BREE LOFVENDAHL is extremely unprofessional, rude, and only seems to care about the money she makes from patients. I cannot believe a greedy, disgusting mannered person of this nature works in healthcare. I have witnessed her verbally bully patients and families, and her harsh body language is concerning. Please protect your loved ones and avoid this person at all costs. She has been reported multiple times for the same behaviors I have witnessed and experienced and unfortunately she continues to work at that facility. She is the only reason I give one star, if I could give 0 I would. This review is for BREE LOFVENDAHL only.

This is a long overdue review that I hope helps those seeking a senior living facility for their loved one(s) that offers a “culture of care” that is safe, reliable, and accountable. My mother has been a resident at Hidden Glenn Senior Living since July 2019, before and after the facility’s renovations and rebranding. Her care has been of consistent quality throughout her stay there, provided by the core group of caregivers and nurses led by Bree Lofvendahl. We have many family members that are medical professionals that specialize in the care of our aging population (palliative and hospice) and my Mother is a retired ICU nurse. None of us desired to have my mother reside at an aging adult facility because of the negative stereotyping, but the reality is that she/we needed what Bree, May, Jennifer, and all the caregivers at Hidden Glenn Senior Living offer: around the clock care provided by professionals. They understand the varying needs of the aging population that live there and offer family members guidance and education on realistic expectations to have for their loved one. Many facilities operate with canned corporate guidelines that can be good and/or bad, but the culture and quality of care that is cultivated by Bree and her staff at Hidden Glenn Senior Living is unique, noteworthy, and appreciated by myself and my family. I could go on, but the reality is that the peace of mind that Bree and team has offered our family and my Mother over the last 6 years is immeasurable.

I’ve placed my father here and I’m so impressed with how hard the staff works. Food is all made in house and the facility feels like a home. The Executive Director Bree is a Godsend! She has made the transition for my dad so smooth and has alleviated so much stress for me. She is the best! The nurses are wonderful and communication is great.

My grandma is currently at the Hidden Glenn Locations. There are some caregivers/nurses that are amazing that take great care of everyone including my grandma. However, The HEAD NURSE BREE. Is unforgivable, incapable of sympathy, and unprofessional. BREE should be looked into for unfair treatment and of course her behavior. If she lashes out on us guests?! And rude to staff and the patients. BREE needs to be investigated or replaced. She is the only reason I’m giving a 1 star rating. She is holding back this place from being amazing. I see she is also called out across multiple other reviews. I don’t understand how nothing has changed for her.

Be careful placing a loved one in this facility. when you walk in the front office, they are rude especially BREE Lofvendahl the executive director. The caregivers were rude to my mom and to myself they have a huge language barrier because the caregivers are not bilingual, or they are pretending. therefore, if there is a problem health wise the caregiver can't understand the resident. Several occasions I was looking for caregiver to help and they would be in the medication room no light on so you couldn't see, and they would be on their cell phone. I wouldn't leave one star for this place, but I need to leave this review.
