HIDDEN PINES RETIREMENT CENTER

My father, who has cancer was only transferred from a Camelot To Hidden Pines about Almost 2 months ago was only staying there for 11 days. When my dad was in the ICU after 11 days of being in the facility, they never gave his stuff back And now he is in a Prestige manor facility. I tried calling them to let them know That my father wants his stuff back, but nobody even answers. I will not I will not recommend this place to anybody who Meet the conditions of being in an assisted living facility. And they still never gave my dad‘s stuff back to my dad. I will never recommend this place.

This is a great place to live. We are a no lockdown ALF to come and go freely just sign out.

I’ve had a family member in there for sometime to get information is like pulling teeth and when I do a visit, she smells like urine very poorly managed

Amazing caring people, they were so good to my father in law. I can't say enough good about our experience there.
