What a phenomenal place! I'm so thrilled to have come in contact with this heart warming facility. The staff here are so welcoming and loving. The facility was cleaning and the way everyone interacted with one another was wonderful. What made me most excited was the way they interacted with our loved ones. They have so many things going on keeping them engaged in activities and outings. And also showing them love and compassion as if they were there on.

I have to give this place 5 star rating due to the presentation, cleanliness, and professionalism of the staff. I came in and was greeted by Erica who was very nice, pleasant, and professional which was very important to me because the receptionist in my opinion is the face of the facility. I was extremely happy with the decor, neatness and hospitality of the people there. Overall, I enjoyed my experience at Colonial. I must say, I was impressed. I hope everyone keeps up the good work. Kudos to the people in charge. This reflects them as leaders as well.

I stopped by for a interview for my mother and I was very impressed by the staff and the facility. Immediately when I walked in I was greeted by the front desk clerk who showed interest in my concern and helped guide me to the right directions. The CNAs and Med Techs were hands on with the patients and showed genuine care. Not only was the staff very sweet but the rooms was clean and sanitized very well. I was showed 3 different types of rooms and was amazed on how spacious and the amount of privacy given to each patient. I would highly recommend Colonial Assisted Living in Miami to anybody who is interested in giving their loved ones into the right hands!

Colonial is absolutely the best. Milton and the caring staff helped make my parents transition to an assisted living facility wonderful. The attention to detail and helpful team really put our family’s concerns at ease. The location is beautiful and very well maintained. My parents are happy and well looked after. The team at Colonial are attentive and responsive. I would highly recommend their facility.

Colonial Assisted Living is a beautiful facility with very caring staff members. It is extremely clean and nicely furnished. The location is great because it’s near the highway and the facility is gated. They always have activities for the residents and theme parties to keep them entertained. They have various activities throughout the day and a program for residents through a behavioral health company that include group and individual therapy for those who need it and qualify. The staff is always pleasant and really care. I would recommend Colonial to family and friends. Great place!!!
