HIDDEN SPRINGS SENIOR LIVING

We had a great afternoon visit with a resident living at Hidden Springs. Very nice facility staffed with friendly personal.

Visited a friend at this facility today. We had lunch. It was my first time and I was blown away!!! We went up to my friend's apartment, and I was amazed at the space in the one bedroom. There are so many things for these residences to enjoy. Please check it out if you have a need in your family.

The staff at Hidden Springs Assisted Living a top notch group of people. The director of ASL, Suzy, is one of a kind. The most friendly and caring person I have met.

did a show here back in September, and the facility was immaculate. Marcy Rains, the Life Inspired Director, was actively engaged during my performance. From the overall atmosphere, it was clear that the residents at this facility are very well taken care of. I was especially impressed by the effort Marcy put into making it a wonderful experience. There were drinks available, places for people to get snacks, and everything was handled in a truly first-class way.

As a care manager, I visit clients in several communities. Hidden Springs is my favorite! I’ve been coming here for 3 years and have had clients in Independent & Assisted Living as well as Memory Care. The community is light, bright & active. It’s always clean and the staff is always warm and friendly. The nursing staff is professional and responsive. I’ve never been to a better Memory Care. The staff truly know their residents and truly care. It feels like a family! And there are no odors- something I don’t experience in other places. The therapy department is fantastic. My independent living clients also enjoy swim classes in the beautiful pool. The Executive Director responds personally and quickly to any concerns. The RN Director of Wellness also follows up thoroughly and quickly. And I’ve really appreciate the fact that there is a separate Memory Care director who is very knowledgeable. The NP rounds frequently and is involved. Overall- it has been a very positive experience for all my clients and I would highly recommend Hidden Springs to anyone!
