Hidden Valley Assisted Living

It’s hard to find words sufficient enough to express our gratitude to the team at Hidden Valley for the care they gave our mom. She had advanced Parkinson’s disease and as her needs grew more complex they met her with unwavering care, kindness and dignity. Every nurse, CNA, lunch staff, maintenance staff, cleaning staff and administrative staff treated her like family. The respect and kindness they showed not only brought her comfort, but brought peace to our entire family. Even in her final days, they made sure she was surrounded by warmth. We will never forget the compassion and professionalism they brought into her care. Thank you for helping us walk this road. We are forever thankful.

I loved going there when my grandpa was there. They did an amazing job with him! I also went there a few times with my friend Terry and we went to go see people there as well. Great place!

Our family would like to thank the exceptional staff at Hidden Valley. They went above and beyond caring for our dad! Moving from his home of over 50 years was a difficult transition. Everyone from the sweet girl at the front desk to the kitchen crew knew dad’s name and made special efforts to show love and interest. Jenny, the community administrator, is so pleasant and was more than helpful with any questions we had. I’m not sure what we would have done without their support at the tender time of our dad’s passing. I would recommend Hidden Valley to anyone looking for a special place for a loved one!! Betty Hill

Scott is so very good with the residents at Hidden Valley. He wears many hats. He is often helping with residents, serving up food,and fixing things in the residents apartments. He is kind and friendly with everyone! My mom really likes Scott and Buffy. All of the employees are just so good with each individual resident! I am very grateful for each of them and the care they give to my mom and each resident at Hidden Valley!

Hidden Valley is a wonderful care facility. We recently moved my mother in and they have been so very attentive. Buffy, the Administrator, even helped us move her in! She required round the clock medical care and the medical staff were very professional, tender and loving. Tiana, Head RN, was very sweet and concerned for my mother, even answering my questions on her days off. If we needed anything, the staff always responded quickly and with a smile. I recommend Hidden Valley, it is a clean and lovely environment and the residents are happy and smiling. Thank you Hidden Valley for all you have done for my mother. My family appreciates your kindness and love for the residents.
