Highgate Billings Lp

One of the things I noticed about highgate that is different from any facility in billings is their activity dept. amber is always doing something for the residents of highgate, from driving the bus to go get ice cream. or making a beautiful balloon arch for one of the many events she puts on. she goes the extra mile for each and everyone of them. she is willing to listen to concerns from residents and staff alike. she is everywhere trying to make sure everyone is happy. Kylie also is a huge asset to the building and both of them as a team cant be beat

I have been violin for the last few months at highgate. I am battling a muscle condition which will cause me to lose the ability to perform sooner than I would like. With this condition other facilities have decided to part ways with me but Amber and her team have been incredible and have been so patient with me. The residents seem to enjoy me playing and until I can't play anymore I am glad that highgate has welcomed me and continue to treat me with respect.

I had my dad at Highgate Senior living. He did amazingly well. Staff from all departments were absolutely fantastic. Calls to keep me updated were really nice and a comforting to me when I wasn't there to visit. When we needed to have different care for my dad, Shawna and the staff went above and beyond to help me find him the right place. The help was so appreciated as Elder care is difficult to navigate. Thank you to all at Highgate.

My husband and I recently moved to Highgate and have found the best part of the stay is the kindness of the staff. The food is absolutely wonderful. My suite is very comfortable and we had a lot of help with settling in. The transportation is great for getting me to the medical facilities. Noel has been fabulous in organizing our move from Broadus to here. The courtyard is beautiful with flowers and plants and we love the pumpkins growing in the front. The residents have really been welcoming and getting to know them has been easy.

My mother has been at Highgate for a few years now. She started on the more active side and has progressed to memory care. All of the staff and caregivers and care partners are so kind to her. They work with each person's personalities and disabilities. We are very grateful to all of them and know that our mom is safe and well cared for.
