If you need a team of care partners that will help you when the time has come to find a memory care facility do not hesitate to visit Highgate and tour the place to consider as your number one choice. Mom and us received such top notch care from Jean, Amanda, Anna, Carla, Bridgette, Marla and many others. They caught important signs of changes in our loved one and took action so Mom could be helped in a timely manner. After I moved Mom to Highgate from Cashmere Post-Acute she lived the last 2 months of her life being really cared for which meant the world to us. They treated us like family. We felt so confident having Mom at Highgate we were able to take our first two long weekend vacations after five years of caregiving 2020 - 2025. At other places in Wenatchee I had to go every weekend to monitor care (not a good situation with staffing) and still many services were not being provided per the plans set forth in contracts signed. It was easier to move Mom after they slippped up seriously than report those issues and fight them systems that are clearly broken focus on profits over people model.
