It's such a beautiful facility! I love visiting my former residents here. The staff and CNAs at Highland Estates truly care and go above and beyond. I was at Highland for a while before moving to a traveling team! 🤍 I'd like to give a big shoutout to the amazing management team, especially Executive Director Darren ❤️ and CNA Coordinator Dominique, who is a sweetheart and always works around your schedule, even on school days. The front desk and nursing team are also absolutely amazing!! One CNA in particular stands out for her hard work and dedication to the residents - Christina! She's a wonderful CNA who always has a smile or is cracking jokes with the residents. I highly recommend this place as a home for a loved one! ❤️

They have been leaving my mom in bed all day no food they say she is passing. I got her aid to get her out of bed asked her to get some food for her at least 3 times. She sat in her chair and laugh at cartoons. Today I get a call at 4:30 she fell out of bed she had been in all day. Frustrating one day I go over there sitting in a chair not dressed no pant Why???? I could go on to other things I could write a book. Frustrating she died that's how you dealt with it. If anyone puts a parent in highland put up a camera. If it wasn't for hospice there would of been little care. They cleaned the room dressed my mom . The memory care had such a strong urine smell. I complained about it but nothing was done .

Highland Estates has been amazing. They take very good care of my family members and do great at making the family feel welcome as well. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. They are very easy to work with and always there for us.

I give Highland Estates 5 stars and then some, I have lived here for 4 wonderful years. I fill the warmth and closeness to the caregivers and the med techs and management . The food has a good variety. I fill happy with going to Darrin and Felicia when ever I have a problem , I get them to help me . They always help me understand with confidence. The activities are great and ran by an enthusiastic staff member.

They have no CNA on staff. They have less staff on duty than they said. Was suppose to be 2 people at all times in Memory care. That was not what we experience. The nurse did not do an adequate assessment and approved my Mom for admission when they did not have the staff or expertise to handle it. I felt the nurse had an obligation to explain moving a patient with dementia can make them deteriorate. The placed smelled throughout the memory care. Definitely needs to have carpet replaced. I pray that improvement will be made in the facility and staffing.
