The banks loans don't go towards budgets rather the employees in the form of hiring bonuses and recruitment bonuses. Staff will take the clients on unauthorized outings that had nothing to do with the clients rather one of the staff. There was an emergency with a client, in which staff called the supervisor and the manager and they decided not to seek emergency medical care for the client in which the client could have died. There were no independent living skills to be taught, just staff sitting around on their phones. One staff tried to rouse some anger out of another client for their own amusement. One manager covered up one client getting into a fight with another during the police contact. The program coordinator asked a client what they think they should be taught, to which the client replied, and the program coordinator said, "google it".

In 2015 I was forced out of my home and put in this place called Jordan House. It's nearing the end of 2017 and I'm still here. I could go on and on about the horrors of living here but it would take me hours to explain everything that's wrong with this place and the corruption of Waukesha County's metal health system. In stead I will just say this; please give me a better place to live. This sick twisted game has gone on long enough. [+_=;
