My parents recently moved to Hillcrest Grand Lodge Assisted Living and are really enjoying it. Their apartment provides a cozy, safe environment that supports them in remaining as independent as possible. They also appreciate being close to their dining options and enjoy the variety of food options available. They are happier living among their peers than they were on their own. Miranda (Sales) and Lyla (Nursing) have been especially helpful and responsive whenever questions come up. I’ve also been impressed with how promptly staff respond to my parents’ needs, managing daily medications and oxygen, helping with compression socks, answering call lights (

Everyone has been helpful, kind & sensitive to our family’s needs during this stressful time. I have a lot of experience with assisted living facilities (unfortunately) and the people here are better than most. Special shout out to Miranda for always being available to answer our questions.

We were looking for a facility for our 91 year old Mother We visited Hillcrest Grand Lodge & Villas and were hosted by Miranda Robinette who is a Salesperson for Hillcrest She was absolutely fabulous! She gave us A very thorough tour and then sat down with us going through all the details My Mother and my brother and I were blown away! Miranda didn’t stop at the sale She has been so accommodating to my Mother and myself if we need anything Also, she uses my Mother’s apartment for prospective residents I enthusiastically recommend Hillcrest and Miranda and I am confident Miranda will continue her excellent interaction wit future possible residents

Place is horrible they dont feed the people well at all. Any thing for TV is only for employees. If NU or any thing fo games for them to enjoy no one takes initiative to put them on. We used the vacuum once to help clean up a mess it was disgusting. When the employees interact with the folks staying there ist very cold and basically dont give a crap. Maybe work with your help to step up how you handle these folks. Just for instance for dinner a dry hotdog on a bun nothing and small glass of orange juice. For what they are paying this is uncalled for.

Have lived with my wife at Hillcrest Grand Lodge in an Independent Living apartment for one year next month and are very happy with our choice. There is no service or feat6that hasn't been excellent. We enjoy the large indoor heated saltwater swimming pool, two restaurants and pub regularly.
