Hillcrest Manor I

Hillcrest Manor is an absolute gift from God if you are in need of care for your loved one suffering from dementia or Alzheimer's. After four months of research and communication with over twenty facilities, a friend referred me to Hillcrest Manor for my mother who suffers from Alzheimer's. The patient to staff ratio, attention to detail, and genuine love given to my mother at this facility could not be touched by any of the other facilites I investigated and toured, regardless of price or appearance. The staff at Hillcrest welcomes your loved one in as part of their family. The home is meticulously maintained and spotlessly clean. My mother's needs are attended to 24/7 and the staff immediately notifies you of any changes to your loved one's condition. Any medical concerns are immediately addressed and we work as a team deciding upon which steps need to be taken as the disease progresses. I couldn't be more grateful to the staff at Hillcrest Manor. Our family could not be happier with Hillcrest Manor. Both my grandmother and mother were residents there and we can not say enough good things about the home. The owners are very caring, very friendly and we never once had any concerns with the care they provided, especially to my grandmother who was there for 1.5 yrs The home is very, very clean and organized and my mom could not stop raving about the home cooked meals that were provided to them daily. They were always available to us to answer any questions we had, day or night. We were extremely lucky to have been referred to them and we are extremely grateful for the care and support they have given to my mom and grandmother. We are forever grateful.

My aunt is currently at this assisted living home and we can't say enough good things about the owners and staff. Everyone is loving and attentive to my aunt. They keep the family informed at all times and the home is peaceful and clean.
