HILLCREST ROYALE

Hillcrest Road really is a great community. Their philosophy is to treat everyone like family, and they do a really good job taking care of my dad. My dad was at a another community before that was more corporate in nature, and daily housekeeping wasn't included. My father's room was always a mess because 1) he was used to living with someone who picked up after him and 2) he uses a walker & can't bend over easily to pick up trash on the floor. At Hillcrest Royale they really care about making sure his living environment is clean and pleasant and daily light housekeeping is included. Additional services are reasonable. When my dad fell at the other place, their corporate policy required that we provide someone to sit with him 24/7, which was insane and would have cost us an extra $28,000/month. At Hillcrest Royale, my dad had a stroke and they worked with us to provide additional services for roughly $1000 more per month, which I thought was really reasonable given that the stroke caused incontinence issues and he needed more help with daily living. I'm so glad we moved him to Hillcrest Royale because they're not corporate & he's treated like a valued human being.

A friend of mine became a resident at Hillcrest Royale Retirement back at the beginning of April. Sadly, she passed away at the beginning of September. I wish that she could have started her stay much earlier because of the high quality of care she received there. The food was excellent and the Staff would bend over backwards to do whatever they could to help her. Even during her last days, the local hospice agency was allowed to care for her needs. If you are looking for an excellent Assisted Living facility, I highly recommend Hillcrest Royale Retirement. You won’t be disappointed.

Hillcrest Royale is AMAZING!! We recently moved our Mom here from another retirement community where she lived for almost five years. She had declined tremendously at the former place and couldn't do anything for herself, including escorting herself anywhere or even get herself out of bed and to the bathroom (which was ten feet away) independently. Within three weeks of living at Hillcrest Royale, she was walking without her walker and as independent as she has been in years. I attribute this to the loving and nurturing staff that actually encourages residents to be independent. They are not like many other communities that encourage their residents NOT do things for themselves in order to gauge families with added "care fees". Quite the opposite as a matter of fact. They meet residents where they are AND give them the encouragement they need to do daily tasks and live independently. Our Mom has quite literally been transformed in two months time. Hillcrest Royale gave us our Mom back...I can't recommend them highly enough! It is family owned and operated and they treat their residents like family. Marian, Michele and Michael (the three people who are in charge) and their staff are FANTASTIC! I live in Northern California and knowing that my Mom has such an awesome community to reside is a huge relief. I can't wait for my next visit to see her at Hillcrest!

Hillcrest Royale is amazing. My 87 year old dad moved in and loved it right away. When i first toured the facility, I knew it was the one for us. The staff is the kindest, most caring set of individuals, that make it a wonderful home.They became family right away. The facility is beautiful and the rooms are so nice. The food is great!! So happy we chose this place, it is perfect!!!

We were looking for an assisted living facility for my 94 year old dad. We looked at several, and they were nice, but when we toured Hillcrest Royale and met the staff I knew this was the place for my dad. The staff is outstanding, and they have exceeded by expectations. Several of the staff have been there 15 plus years which tells you a lot. They are so kind and concerning for my dad. He now needs additional care which Hillcrest Royale is providing. I can see it in my dad’s face, he is so happy living at Hillcrest Royale. It is a joy to see. My dad loves the staff and they love him. My dad is a very picky eater and he loves the food and looks forward to his 3 meals a day and also snack time. They have wonderful entertainment, which my dad enjoys listening to a live singer. His caregiver told me your dad was singing along. It is such a relief to know my dad is being taking care of and to know I made the correct decision with Hillcrest Royale.
