Hillcrest Spring Residential

You left my uncle to die on an ice cold floor while visiting his mother in law. I have ZERO respect for this place.

I highly recommend Hillcrest Spring for your loved one. The staff is friendly, compassionate, patient and is always taking that extra step to ensure the residents are happy and content. Britany, the Activity Director plans special projects they do on a daily basis. Lucy and her nursing staff are attentive to their health needs daily. They have an in house Hairdresser Lott, that enjoys pampering them. They have a few Residents that play piano for them, we enjoy visiting and listening to their music as they clap and sing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My friends father passed away there last night (a visitor) and no one did anything to help him. The CPR certified staff member did nothing. 😡 Claiming it's because of their policy. Took a half hour for the ambulance to arrive! Don't put a loved one there bc if something happens they'll do nothing!!
