I strongly advise anyone considering The Hills Senior Living to proceed with caution -- particulary when it comes to doing business with Allen Medina. As a small business owner, I, Jenny Castellanos and my company, entered into a signed agreement with Mr. Medina regarding referral fees, which he has failed to honor. Our business is owned thousands of dollars, and allegedly there are several small businesses in the same situation. This pattern of neglecting contractual obligations and refusing to work in good faith raises serious concerns about the trustworthiness and ethics of the business. In an industry that relies heavily on compassion, trust, and accountability-especially when it comes to caring for our elders-these actions are unacceptable. If you are looking for a Boarding Care, I urge you to look elsewhere and support a business that operates its partners and community.

We had to move my mom here in December 2023.Mars and Jeff have made this transition so easy for all of us. They have been there with us every step of the way. The staff are wonderful to my mother and treat her as if she were their own. I truly thank God for them every day.

Preparing to move an elderly cousin to this facility, and already in love with the administrator, Mars. She and Sean, of Infinite Care Hospice, are not just bending backwards, but performing a well choreographed performance to make a smooth transition for my cousin from an RCFE she has been at for nearly a year and a half to a much safer environment! I look forward to updating this once my cousin has received care for a time, but I'm confident that it's going to be stellar just from the experience so far! PS: If you're looking for a place for your loved one, we used Teresa Jepsen of Trusted Senior Placement, another recommend! Hmmmm... Wonder if I've left her a review... Will need to check on that!
