This is the best place ever, it is so gooooddddddddddddddddd. I had the best expierence living there for no time

Simply horrible management and a terrible neighbor. They knowingly rent more units than there is parking for causing residents to spill out to the adjacent neighborhood. The parent organization, Midpen Housing, is ambivalent to the communities where they manage properties. Simply appalling!

If There was a Zero that's what I would rate. I have lived here 8 years and it takes months to get Manager to fix anything. Then they try to treat you so bad. Go on the company website Mid Pen and it states they have the upmost care of all residents. We have to hide in our house. They are trying to mail back our rent for exercising our right for repairs.
