I highly recommend Nice Little Home of their RCFE certification training program. Paul and Vanessa, awesome instructors and well prep classroom setting training. Their guest speakers, Cynthia and Maggie has extensive experience in the assisted living industry and they shared a lot of information to the class. I was fortunate enrolled the RCFE program and found out I passed the State exam first attempt today. I truely give them two thumbs up.

Paul, Vanessa, Cynthia, and Maggie were phenomenal! Their new innovating teaching style will have you well prepared for your state exam. You will not regret your decision, choose NLH!

Wow, I am so blessed to have found NLH. I came here to take an 80 hour assisted living course (close to Metro, Starbucks, easy parking, less expensive than other schools). I learned stuff that I think EVERYONE should learn - about aging, death, the business of care, and how, more often than not, money drives medical care at all places (hospitals, skilled nursing, assisted living, etc). I even learned about Medicare, Medi-Cal, and several diff programs to help people pay for care. Paul and Vanessa are so so knowledgeable and have such huge hearts. They are also talented trainers who know how to keep students engaged; they use simple but effective exercises that enables learning on a deeper level, not just a memorization of facts. I'll be back to attend their free senior seminar on the 3rd Wed of next month to learn even more.

Maggie and Vanessa took me under their wings as l had to search and decide on how to place my mom. They were very professional yet caring. They do the research for you in taking you to visit quality homes and facilities. They took the time to ask questions about my mother’s specific needs and tailored the search to best match it. I would heartily recommend their services when you need to find the best place for your loved ones. Four thumbs up if l had an extra pair of hands for then!!!!
