Hillside Place Memory Care

I am adding a couple stars since my initial review which I've left below - new administation has vastly improved care and lifted staff morale which has improved service to residents. Hope things continue to improve and quality care continues. Avoid this place for your loved one. This place is understaffed and those that live here, including my mother, do not get the proper care needed. The administrator is cruel and incompetent which has led to discontent on staff and worse conditions for residents as well as some questionable practices.
