Nursing Staff & Therapy Department is attentive and supportive in meeting residents and families needs/goals in a timely manner. Nurse practitioner,medical director and wound specialist are always readily available. Management team is highly involved to achieve optimal care and patient outcome.

Hillside Village has exceeded our expectations! From the first call and visit with Huntter, Paige & Chelsey we have been amazed with the entire team. Front office, cleaning, maintenance, activity director, transportation providers and the Friendly, Caring NURSING STAFF are just the best! We toured many Sr. Living facilities and chose Hillside based on location and size. We have been pleasantly surprised over and over again with the care our mom is receiving. The Assisted Living team is simply amazing.

I just want to praise Hillside Village for their care of my mother In Law. She struggled with fear of being left alone, her new surroundings, going from an active 92 year old to being in a wheelchair to having to move from her home and having to accept her new life. After a few months I have seen world of difference and I don’t feel guilty saying good bye to her after my visit. Hillside Village kept telling us she will do better and accept her new life. Through the therapy and her interactions with the staff and new friends she is doing wonderful. She has a huge smile on her face when she spots her visitors walking toward her. Wish I could give 10 stars! Entrusting your loved one to strangers is incredibly stressful. The management staff at Hillside were wonderful at answering all of my questions and reassuring me at every turn. The facility is clean and home like. The food is great and the nursing staff is professional and caring. Me being naturally distrustful, I have made so many pop-in visits on every shift and I’ve only ever left more confident each time that my Nan is in the best possible care. Believe me, I have TRIED to find fault in her care but she and I agree…. Hillside is HOME and the staff are FAMILY. We are so blessed beyond imagine to have found this place for her! Thank you, Hillside, for giving my family peace around this decision and for giving Nan a home where she feels seen and cared for!

This is a great facility. Location is wonderful minutes away from local cities, yet peaceful. Staff is caring and will go out of their way to attend to the Residents needs. Plenty of activity excursions, music entertainment and fun events planned for both residents and staff.
