As a neighbor to the facility it was disgusting to witness the owner screaming at a young seemingly teenage girl for requesting to visit her grandmother. Threatening to sue her over google reviews, over slamming a door. It was ridiculous and down right disgusting to have to witness.

Do not send your family members here. The staff is neglectful, and facility is filthy. Also your family member's possessions will not be taken care of.
