They didn’t take my report of abuse, seriously and now the woman is dead

I went there to go surprise a friend of my mom and dad's that I haven't seen in many years. And the people were very friendly and said yes she was upstairs and that she'd be very surprised since the last time I saw her my daughter was 5 years old and she is now 38 her husband and my dad were in the service together and my parents have both passed away the last 2 months she told me that the last thing she wanted was to se.e me again so I surprised her I spent 3 hours with her had lunch with her it made her day so thank you to the staff for letting me do this for her.

I have had a loved one at Holdrege Homes during a very difficult time during the Covid pandemic. The staff is very caring to our father. The atmosphere is great and he is very happy there.

The people are really good with the residents there

They are a great place for stroke victims to recover. Both of my parents have suffered from strokes; our mother twice! Staff have been great to deal with & Dad highly speaks favorably ~excluding the meals, mostly-ha! {I guess 😝}.
