HOLLYWOOD HILLS SENIOR LIVING

Two and a half years ago, a dear friend who had dementia, lost his spouse/caregiver suddenly. Since it was no longer safe for him to live on his own and had no family, my husband and I stepped in to become his caregivers and POA. I began the search for an Assisted Living/Memory Care Facility. After touring several, I came across Hollywood Hills Senior Living and was given a tour by their lovely Marketing Director, Jana. I knew then that this would be the perfect living situation for our friend. The beautifully designed lobby/reception area was as warm and welcoming as all of the staff I met that day. He moved into his beautiful, light filled, 2 bedroom apartment in Assisted Living which we furnished with all of his favorite pieces, artwork and 2 cats! The entire staff was always in touch and worked with me on transportation to all of his many Doctor's appointments over the years. When his health began to fail several months ago, Vanessa Jewell, the Regional Director (who is AMAZING!), went to great lengths to guide us and help us transition him into another apartment on their Memory Care floor. There he received exceptional care, 24 hours a day, from an incredibly diligent and trusted team of caregivers. Unfortunately, he passed away recently, but we couldn't have asked for a more outstanding community, from an exceptional group of individuals who are dedicated to providing their residents with the utmost care and loving support they deserve. Very nice place with a staff that really cares. My mom has been there for almost a year, and we are very happy with the care and services she is receiving. The nursing staff, headed by Keith Bernabe, is great. Overall, very happy with her living and care situation.

I recently attended a Health Fair at Hollywood Hills Senior Living and the community is absolutely breathtaking! It has the charm of old Hollywood, but everything has been brought to today’s standards and modern amenities. I was taken on a tour by their Dir. of Community Relations Angel, and she couldn’t have been more knowledgeable and wonderful. I also met their Executive Director Vanessa, and she treated us like royalty. If you’re considering a community in Hollywood or surrounding areas, there’s no better place than Hollywood Hills Senior Living.

I was recently a resident at Hollywood Hills Senior Living and based on my daily experiences would like to take this opportunity to highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for temporary or full time accommodation. The care I received was exceptional in every aspect which was given in a outstanding environment that Hollywood Hills is known for. From the moment I arrived at Hollywood Hillsl to the time of my departure I was impressed by the superb management of this facility. This I would like to stress was at all levels from the Director to all levels of management and staff. What was particularly impressive was the level of care, kindness and attention to detail of the staff who made me feel like family. Hollywood Hills is an organized well run establishment that provides a comfortable living space to its residents. The cleanliness of the living facility is exceptional and the staff attends to every detail and resident request meticulously. What impressed me most is the constant welcoming atmosphere at the facility. However what sets Hollywood Hills on a high pedestal is the quality of its management and staff at all levels - from the administrative team to the care providers and all the support staff are constantly and genuinely caring and friendly. They made a significant contribution to my ease of living and to the quality of my daily life. My daily dining experience was at a high quality and I availed myself to excellent meals that were tasty and nutritious and enjoyed in a friendly and family like atmosphere. Finally I am grateful for my stay at Hollywood Hills for being able to avail myself of a positive, friendly environment and the high standard of care that I received. A special thanks to the entire management headed by the Director Vanessa Jewell and request Vanessa to extend my sincere and enthusiastic appreciation to every member of the staff in all departments whose combined efforts made my stay so delightful. I highly and enthusiastically recommend Hollywood Hills to anyone looking for a senior living facility that keeps friendliness, cleanliness, comfort, happiness of ts residents and care at the top of its priorities.
