Beautiful, reasonably priced, upgraded, excellent location, and amazing staff along with care. Best senior living community I’ve ever been to.

I had a disappointing experience with the staff at Hollywood Royale Gardens Assisted Living. Some employees were rude and unprofessional when interacting with visitors. Instead of being helpful and respectful, their attitude was dismissive and unfriendly. Another issue I noticed was staff members speaking in another language with each other while dealing with customers. This made the situation uncomfortable because it felt like they were discussing things that visitors could not understand. In a professional care environment, communication should be clear and respectful so everyone feels included. Assisted living facilities should prioritize professionalism, kindness, and transparency when interacting with residents and their families. I hope management addresses these concerns so future visitors and residents are treated with the respect they deserve

I was there for the grand opening, and the place feels amazing, so full of life and great energy. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, which made the experience even better. My favorite part the yoga room! I 100% recommend it!

This place is under new ownership! The facilities are very clean, beautiful and well-equipped to take care of our loved ones. There is a movie room, exercise room, and outdoor spaces to lounge around. The staff are are also very kind, helpful and meticulous which was the selling point for me.

As a current resident here I can say that not all is as it seems. When prospective residents or their families are taken on tour they get the impression that we have several activities to occupy our time but in reality we have none. The activity schedule posted is just for show. On the bottom of the schedule it's noted that activities are subject to change---that's true, because they're all cancelled or weren't really scheduled at all. The board with the menu ha's several items listed as alternate choices if you don't prefer the first choice but in reality all that is offered are sandwiches, either peanut butter and jelly or a meat and cheese sandwich. We don't have parties for monthly birthdays anymore, neither do we have celebrations during holidays. There are no outings except for a weekly trip to the 99¢ store and there isn't a regular driver for taking residents to the doctor. While these are the negative aspects of this facility I must say the staff is caring to the extent they can considering the amount of people here.
