Deliveries in the winter are near a 50/50 chance, I have observed the carrier literally driving past my road completely and then I get a "could not access location" message. They're skipping probably 50 people because they don't feel like doing the job.

If I could give a zero I would. I thought I might be part of the problem with mail delivery and gave them the benefit but after talking to my neighbors I am seeing that I am not the only one having issues with getting mail delivered. Excuse after excuse, one day the mail arrives, the next day they state they can’t get to my mail box or front door, even though FedEx and UPS had no issues. All I ask of anyone is to do your job. The USPS employees make good money, have great benefits. Please do your job, and stop the excuses

If I go in, they are helpful. However, the one who delivers I'm not sure about. I moved here in october and there's been a few times there was an excuse of not having access. That's news to me since they had access the day before. I think it's based on how much effort is being put forth. If there's a package too big for the box there no desire to drive up the driveway to get out of the vehicle. I've also been given the reason if they forgot a package they aren't allowed to go back that day. BS!!!!! If they can't do the job efficiently hire someone who can.

Trish is amazing. She’s helped me out numerous times finding packages that have been lost or sent to the wrong address. They do their best during the worst of days to make sure the post office operates as it should. We all get frustrated when we don’t get our mail, but these guys are always running short staffed because nobody wants to work. That’s not their fault. So when you go in to the post office to grab your mail, or you see your carrier at the mailbox, make sure to say thank you for the effort they do put in, as it often goes unnoticed.

I had two packages " out for delivery" one was delivered on my porch . Probably too big for the mailbox. The other one is being held at the post office at customer request. I am the customer and this is news to me. I am so tired of excuses. The carrier simply does a terrible job. can't pay attention. get a new one please!
