I’m writing to share my positive experience with Home Inspired. A close friend of mine spent a period of time there, and I visited weekly. Over the course of those visits, I consistently saw staff who were caring, kind, and genuinely engaged with residents—whether helping with daily needs, facilitating activities, or simply creating a warm environment through everyday conversation and friendly interactions. The staff didn't hesitate to dance with us on one visit! What stood out to me was the their attentiveness to small, personal details. On one visit I brought headphones, with some of my friend's favorite songs. He really enjoyed that, singing along, bobbing his head. On a later visit, I noticed the staff had headphones and music set up for him on their own—clearly remembering what had made him happy and taking the initiative to recreate it. The community space felt welcoming and thoughtfully run. Meals were served in a common area, which encouraged residents to socialize and gave visitors a natural way to connect and feel included as well. During the holidays, Home Inspired had festive music and decorations that helped create a sense of normalcy and comfort. As a visitor, I was always treated with respect and kindness. Staff regularly checked in to see if I needed anything and were attentive in assisting my friend whenever support was needed. I was also able to visit with my kids on different occasions, and they were made to feel genuinely welcome as well. My son even played their piano for my friend and the guests. Most importantly, my friend told me on different occasions how much he enjoyed our visits, and Home Inspired’s supportive environment clearly helped make those moments easier and more positive. Cynthia and her team care about the people they serve, and that commitment was evident each time I walked through the door. I would recommend Home Inspired to anyone looking for a facility where residents are treated with dignity and care.

My dad has been living at home inspired for almost 3 years. I toured 3 other facilities and this was the winner. The ED when he came was awesome and now Cynthia is on top of her staff, she is passionate! When there’s a problem we communicated and worked things out. I’ve been in the medical field for a very long time and I’ve seen some not so great places. This place is clean, well maintained. My dad also is on hospice and St Criox is top notch! Home inspired is the nicest, coziest, place I’ve seen in a while. Please consider putting your loved ones here.

The facility is clean, welcoming, and well cared for. The caregivers and nursing staff are compassionate, attentive, and genuinely care about the residents. The Leadership is hands-on and supportive, and the entire team works together to create a safe, respectful, and home-like environment. The building is always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming when I visit. The caregivers are compassionate, hardworking, and truly dedicated to the residents. Doing activities with residents, and helping to care to each of their individual needs. The kitchen, housekeeping, and maintenance teams do an excellent job every day as resident rooms can be seen very open and clean. Leadership is hands-on and supportive, always willing to ensure residents receive the best care. The residents themselves are very welcoming, and friendsly which truly makes this facility feel like community.

Home Inspired Senior Living truly exceeded every expectation during a very important time for my family. The entire staff is absolutely amazing — from the compassionate CNAs, nurses, and caregivers to the wonderful activities coordinator and the attentive RN. I want to especially recognize the Executive Director, Cynthia Gash, who went above and beyond in every possible way. Her leadership, dedication, and genuine care made a difficult time so much easier for our family. Cynthia communicates clearly, promptly, and consistently, ensuring we always felt informed and supported.
