HOME SWEET HOME ASSISTED LIVING OF NEW PORT RICHEY

My friend has been in there and still is. She is of her right mind and she loves the place they prepare homemade food. It is a small facility so you get the care as if you home and with family. She was in the hospital and they came to see her in the hospital as well as when she was in rehab. You would not see someone from a big facility come and spend time with you while you were in rehab. She couldn't wait to go back there. Yes, you do see some of the patients sitting in the main room because they get them out of bed everyday, they are not ignored.

I am very surprised by the negative reviews. Maybe someone else owned the facility at that time? My Father in law spent the last 9 months of his life there and we felt very blessed. I would never want him in a large facility. He received very personal loving care. He was up and dressed and cleaned every day. Always in the living room and never left in his bedroom. Steve Had regular entertainment karaoke, music and exercise games. We went to visit daily so we knew what was going on. Ed made homemade food. Your loved one will not get this kind of care in a large facility. They treated Pops and us like family. The Brady family

Was there to see if this was a place for my mom. It was dirty, elderly sitting in recliners for long periods of time. Would not give me a price for monthly stay. My mother is not going to stay here!

Home sweet home is an excellent facility for the care and well being of there elderly residents.they are given, the best care and personal attention than most of the larger facility.so i want to give a 5 star for this facility.
