The HOMEPLACE offers independent and assisted living apartments to seniors 55 years and older across four locations in Western Wisconsin (Stanley, Mondovi, Durand, and Dorchester). The community provides residents the opportunity to maintain independence while having assistance available as needed, including memory care for dementia and Alzheimer's. Services include medication management, personal care assistance, housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
