One can NOT say enough about the quality of customer service and the wonderful staff including Jonny the Sales Manager at this facility. We started looking back in early summer for my 93 year old mother in law . We tried several times to convince her that she should look into this beautiful facility but she was dead set against going into an Assisted Living program. When she fell in September and broke her elbow she finally realized it’s time . The entire staff, from John the GM to the nicest front desk people , you could not ask for a better transition into an Assisted Living program. The amenities, food , room are all too notch . Jonny the Sales Manager stayed with us even when my mother in law picked a different facility last month . Finally after a shady and terrible experience at a competitor down the street we went back to Azalea and Jonny went out of his way to navigate the move in record time . We would like to thank everyone involved in this life changing experience and how thankful we are knowing that my mother in law we be looked after with the highest degree of care . If your looking for a place for your loved one(s) do not hesitate to visit this place and ask for Jonny or Jacob . They go out of their way to help with everything.

I want to take a moment to recognize Med Tech Allison at Azalea of Hamilton for her outstanding professionalism and compassionate care. From the moment she walks into my mom's room, Allison brings a calm, reassuring presence that makes my mom feel truly cared for. Her attention to detail, prompt response to needs, and genuine kindness set her apart. Whether it's managing medications efficiently or taking the time to explain procedures with patience, Allison consistently goes above and beyond. She treats my mom with dignity and respect, and her dedication to her well-being is evident in everything she does. I just want to give a heartfelt shout-out to Teresa in the Wellness Center. She is truly a gem—so patient, kind, and compassionate during times when you need it most. No matter how overwhelmed you feel, Teresa has a way of making you feel heard and supported. She never makes you feel like you're a bother, even when you're at your most vulnerable. Her presence alone brings comfort, and her gentle approach is something I’ll always be grateful for. Thank you, Teresa, for being such a light in the Wellness Center! Azalea of Hamilton is lucky to have people like Allison and tresa on their team. Their work makes a real difference, and it's deeply appreciated by both residents and families alike.

Memory care.. my mom has been there for almost 4 years and the care and love she has received has been nothing short of amazing. Vicki is just wonderful, always attentive, keeps us always informed and makes sure her residents are happy and loved. We absolutely love Patricia, she is just a blessing and just truly loves our mom. We love Nozoline who is so patient with our mom and always has a smile on her face. We love Christine who is so good to our mom and is so friendly with all the residents. Love Shavella who makes sure the residents are entertained and engaged in activities. We can't say enough great things about first floor memory care. Every one is so good to our mom. We have such a peace of mind knowing she is in such great hands with Vicki and all the aides that work tirelessly with all the residents. They are truly a blessing to my family. Thank you

Memory Care- I have comfort in knowing how well Vicky Handby and her team in Memory Care know my family member. Their likes/dislikes/personality/habits. They listen to my concerns and/or requests, and I never doubt that they truly care. Memory Care is a very personal journey. Each day can bring different behaviors from your loved one. It is a difficult process and takes time and patience. I feel grateful to have been able to establish a very open line of communication with Vicky and her staff members. So very thankful for her team!

My mom has thrived since being there. She is always engaged with other residents and the staff are all awesome. It never smells in the place and mom has not had any wounds due to wearing diapers. Meaning that all the staff who care for her are taking extremely good care of her. She loves being there. This is a great place to be. I have to give a shout out to Vicki the activities director and her staff. They are always doing something to get and keep the residents engaged. Vicki and her staff make the residents feel happy and connected to the world around them. Mom has been there for 3 yrs now. It is the best place for her and I am so happy that I sent her there.
