HOMESTEAD OF DERBY

I had the most wonderful experience at Westview today! Jessica greeted us with a smile & she was most helpful. She gave us a overall look at the facility & answered all questions. We had double treatment with Brandy. She was so helpful in the paperwork & very knowledge in the duties of her job

We have been extremely pleased with Homestead of Derby. Mom loves her apartment and staff here and engages in the many activities. They take great care of Mom and communicate with family whenever necessary. Highly recommend!

I wish I could give them 6 stars! My dad was there, quite elderly, almost 100. We were so very pleased with the care and tenderness shown to him! Besides hearing loss and diminished eyesight, he was a very proud man who wanted to do things for himself. The staff honored this, but was always willing to assist, and encourage him to allow for their help. Our family was so blessed to have him at Homestead, and to have such peace of mind with his care.

The staff really loves their people❤️! The place is bright, cheerful and the people are kind and helpful. Our mom is comfortable there and we don't have any worries when it comes to her needing some help or encouragement. If they have questions, they ask, they listen and stay in touch as needed. Denise, the Director, is an excellent people-person and cares deeply for each resident, which sets the tone for the rest of the staff. We are quite pleased that we chose well the first time.

I feel very confident that my Mother is happy, looked after and at home. She has fun with the activities and loves her hair done weekly. Great staff who are so welcoming and caring. I am so glad we found this place when we did
