Horrible! I am so saddened by the care that my loved one received at Hometown Assisted Living, and I am concerned for all of the people who stay there. There should be a zero star option to make people aware of places like these! Looks can be very deceiving. Actual care is deplorable, and they should be ashamed of how they treat innocent people in need of care. The owners and caregivers are untrained, negligent, and neglectful. People are at serious health risk here. The state should shut them down.
