To many horrible things to say about this place. Do not let your loved one live here. Staff are hardly trained. No one answers the phone. No activities, No outings, no van for outings. They try to have you pay for necessary appointments when they are to take care of that. My mom was neglected, they would hardly clean her up on daily cares, she went over 10 days not having a shower. This house needs to close, they've been reported to the county and state a few times this past year and a half and got 5 violations on 1 visit and yet to make good with it all. I'd give this place negative stars.

My mother-in-law was here for hospice care. The team was so very warm and caring. She received attentive and top of the line medical care without it ever feeling cold or clinical. Medical inquiries were addressed immediately and we had prompt communication with drs and nurses.The staff members were compassionate and gentle with her and to the rest of the family as we navigated her last days. They made food beverages available to the family and gave us space to pray and discuss plans. It felt like we were in a caring friend's beautiful home instead of an institutional facility. We would classify them as more of a ministry than a business venture. We are thankful for their kindness, compassion and medical guidance.

Funny there are only 2 good reviews. 1 of them the same last name as the family who owns them. The other not even a real name. After dealing with them with my mother I wouldn't let them take care of my dog. To me this is a business run for profit only. They are also very dishonest.
