HOMEWOOD LODGE ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY

Staff was very helpful! Clean and very nice facility

We’ve been very pleased with the care they’ve given my mother in law. The ladies there are super sweet and always helpful.

These people especially someone by the name of Rebecca are very rude and disrespectful. take caution when signing contracts with them. Even though I contract is just a guideline Rebecca will push it as far as you can. When they decide they do not want your loved one with them anymore Rebecca will send them off to a hospital and not take them back and when you asked to be a reimbursed for the month Rebecca will tell you yes that is no problem. And when you call 35 days later because you still have not received the check Rebecca in a very snotty tone will tell you to refer to the contract and the contract says they have 45 days to reimburse you which is being rude and Petty.

For the last five years my sister has been a resident at Homewood Lodge. We are so thankful for the kind staff who consistently keeps us updated and treats Maureen as if she is family. When we bring her home for a few days for a visit she begins to let us know she is ready to go back to Homewood by saying Donna, and Latoya; names of two of the staff members at Homewood. We have always been concerned about how Maureen would adapt to new people due to her condition, but she fits right in and we are elated. We would like to say thank you to Michelle, Donna, Latoya, and the rest of the staff at Homewood Lodge for treating our family, like their own.

Great facility. Staff is really great. Enjoy tbe staff when visiting my father. They take very good care of their residents
