Hope And Happiness Assisted Living

I got there a 8 p m I hadn't eaten since dinner. I was put in a small room with another resident and half of a small closet. I wasn't allowed to unpack any of my things , and I was told to go to bed. Nothing to eat or drink. My Walker wouldn't fit through the door of the bathroom.So I peed several times in bed. At eight a m I woke up and waited for the caregiver. Nine a m no caregiver , so I went in the living room and sat on the sofa. Mrs. Stokes came up from downstairs.There was an apartment there and told me I was up too early that I had to wait until noon. She said she and Mr Stokes were up until 3 AM.. Then she got really mad that I peed in her new bed. She called 911 and told me to make up some story to get me out of the house. She's all sweetness and light during the interview.But once you get home , look out. Also, all the furniture is covered with plastic. And residents are not allowed to sit on it. And she keeps a very large bird in the living room which sets on a perch where she feeds it seeds. Stinky..
