I had an unfortunate final straw moment with my daughters previous assisted living facility recently. I reached out to her care coordinator and asked for a list of facilities that may have openings. I was placed in contact with Horizon and interviewed with the director and several staff members within a day or two of contact. I then brought my daughter for an interview and introductions a couple days later to see if they felt she would be a good fit for their facility. I was notified by the end of the same business day that they would be able to accommodate her needs and support her care. Horizon was able to get her established within two weeks. My husband and I have had a fantastic experience with Horizon. The director and staff's communication, knowledge and feedback has been priceless during this transition for our family. We have been treated with the utmost respect, kindness, and compassion. We look forward to working with Horizon for a long time to come. I can't say enough about this company and the people who run it!
