Howell's Group Home

Very disappointed my brother in law somehow was able to walk out of this place and get 5miles away with a coat on and was found by a passersby laying on the side of the road. This place didn't report a missing patient and or notice he was gone 😔..These places are to be aware of their patients and or doing rounds so they know all patients are accounted for where did things go wrong who was the employee on shift when he was able to walk out? So many questions
