Lied right to my face. Pathetic Management honestly what I witnessed was sickening. Did have several nurses that were good. Filthy understaffed place. Rehab staff good.

I have a first cousin staying there. every time I call the operator tells me to call back in 15 minutes because the nurses are busy on the ward. Why can't the patients have telephones in their rooms??? It is very annoying to me. I live over 500 miles away.

Completely frustrated with management at this facility. I am also a business owner and this place can't complete a very simple task of sending me an invoice. Also, they gave my mother some terrible service while she was there. When she was sent to hospice, the facility refused to release her prescriptions that she was on, some of them for years, this could have killed her!

Complete sewer with one of the worst write up records in the county. Widely considered the place you DO NOT want you parent to end up. I had my mother there twice , 1st time they lmk when insurance would no longer pay and the bill would fall on the family. This time they kept her 3 months for "rehab" and the only reason she was there was because Humana was the provider and said it was covered. Now as I go to get her they drop a bill for thousands on me. I am disabled and make 600 a month she is 81 and thought she was in college last week. Sounds like they intend to sue an 81 year old with dementia in a wheelchair. So thats Our Lady of (no)Mercy. Don't take my word for it the state has a publicly viewable list of violations and fines. Avoid at all costs they will either cause your relatives demise through disease , let them wander out into the road in their underwear or ask you on the last day why you have not been paying the bill they never told you existed for thousands. Place was a sewer in the 1980's when it was Dube's and it's reputation locally has not changed. To top it off the sent my disabled mother home with a person who was quick to point out "bad back buddy I cant help you" when I asked for help holding her up and my back was destroyed in a car wreck. I was treated like a jerk for expecting a medical facility might have someone transport a disabled woman who might be able to help with her. Oh they have an employee who that is their job , they CHOSE to send this guy instead. Sewer , only the senior home that had a manager crawling out the window is worse around here.

Excellent care and very helpful staff, they treat you like you are a part of their family.
