HYLAND PARK

My mom and dad moved into Hyland Park 3 years ago. From the moment that I contacted the facility for a tour, we were treated with kindness, professionalism and an overall welcoming feeling. My mom eventually transitioned to Hyland Crossing. Again, the staff handled the move smoothly and compassionately. Both places were truly a home for my parents, where they were taken care of, where they made new friends and were engaged with fun activities. But most of all, they were safe and cared for as their care needs increased. Hyland Campus was a home for my parents, but as their daughter, I too was welcomed. The staff was very professional in keeping me informed of my parent's changing needs and responding to my questions in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Hyland Campus to anyone looking for a place for your parents to receive the care they need. It was an amazing place for our family. Thank you to all of the staff for taking such good care of my parents.

My mother was living with me during the pandemic and in 2021 was ready to move back to Sun Prairie, her hometown. We toured a lovely apartment and were instantly impressed by the staff and the lively Community setting. Mom lived there until we lost her in 2024. Some of her happiest years were enjoyed at Hyland. She loved the food, the activities and her caregivers. Our family is grateful to have found such a wonderful place for Lynn.

I have found Hyland Campus to be a very compassionate and caring place. They were wonderful when my Mom passed away and have been so helpful to my Father as he navigates life without her. Nadine pops in to see my Dad just to give a hug and say hello. I would highly recommend them to anyone living in Wisconsin.

I love everything about Hyland. I like Brian the activities person he has a wide variety of thigs for us to do. We do lots of outings and dinners out once a month and even went to see the eagles which was wonderful. I like the food it's very good. I like the care workers they are always there to help me if I need. I love Sarah she always finds good entertainment for the car show and block party. Our rooms are beautiful and big!!

My parents lived at Hyland Park since September of 2020. My father needed to make the transition to Hyland Crossing Memory Care in 2021 and the staff made his final months comfortable in the midst of limited visitation due to the Pandemic. My family continues to be thankful for the care he received. My mother continued to live at Hyland Park and recently passed away at the age of 93. After my father's passing, the staff and community helped her make the transition to living without my father after 67 years of marriage. She enjoyed the fellowship of meals and activities and the friendships with other residents and the compassionate care of the staff. Thank you for the peace of mind that Hyland provided to know that our parents were safe and well cared for.
