INDEPENDENCE HALL

My mom loves this place better than being with me. The staff is very nice and attentive to her needs. The food is really tasty to my surprise. I thought it would be bland but I look forward to having lunch with her. As good as any restaurant. She is way more active and looks forward to getting together with her new friends to play chicken foot which is a game I had never heard of. I recommend this place to anybody. Better than me worrying about her when she is by herself. This place is great!

Amazing place....wonderful staff & beautiful facility combined to make a very easy transition for family members. The staff go above and beyond constantly to ensure the resident's happiness. The meals are not only good but they're presentation is equivalent to restaurant style dining. Everything impressed me...from the staff to the hard wood floors. It has a very inviting atmosphere.

Think twice before residing here. People are giving wrong medication (which they shouldn't of even given). Workers are NOT told about any infectious problems. This facility doesn't post (which should be done) nor do they post if oxygen is in use (which should be). It is a clean facility not sure about sanitation and germ control. Poor communication with the workers, must be why a constant change in employees. They do not care about the benefit of the resident only what will work for them, like when meds would be given or a treatment or when someone goes to bed!!! Residents do have right.
