Ambiance at Maitland is a truly special community. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth and care that goes into everything they do. The Sales Director Kim is incredibly hands-on, compassionate, and genuinely invested in helping families navigate what can be an emotional and overwhelming decision. She takes the time to listen, answer questions thoughtfully, and make sure every detail feels comfortable and supported. It’s clear that the team here truly cares about their residents and families, and that makes all the difference. I would absolutely recommend Ambiance of Maitland to anyone exploring senior living options.

Unfortunately, this was not the right place for my dad, but I was blown away by the kindness shown from the Director, Kim, as my mom and I arrived on a Sunday, unannounced, in a panic to find a place for my dad. She was very calm, encouraging and took time to help us even when she knew Ambiance was not the right place for his needs.

Moving my mom, Edith, into assisted living was such a hard decision, but meeting Kimberly Tesla at Ambiance at Maitland changed everything. Kim’s warmth, sincerity, and genuine interest in my mom as a person (not just a resident) made all the difference! She made the transition feel like a true “Welcome Home” My mom is happier and more social than she’s been in years, singing karaoke, carving pumpkins, and truly thriving. Kim even stayed late one night to help build my mom’s bed! Who does that? Her heart and dedication are unmatched. All I can say is go see for yourself. The place is amazing. It smells great. It’s clean all of them patients that they’re caring for are well groomed and clean. Nobody seems to be sad or down and this is the memory care unit of the facility I can’t rave enough about this place, five star quality meals are excellent. Brooke is the greatest salesperson/Director I’ve encountered and I’ve been through many facilities. Her attentiveness to her professionalism, her kindness following through to make sure that everything that my family member needed was received. She worked so hard to make sure that all of our needs were met, and my family walked away, comfortable, knowing that we made the right choice thank you thank you thank you, the staff is so warm and welcoming. I wanna let them know that if I could give them more than five stars, I definitely would that’s a 10 star facility.

I placed my uncle at this location in memory care unit and I can honestly say Sheila and Ms Brooke are exceptional. I’ve never seen such a wonderful director of nursing and a professional sales and marketing director. Follow through information quality everything about this place was great. My uncle is so happy, the staff is great Pleasant, very courteous, and all very welcoming. I commend them for all of their hard work, dedication and diligence. We were able to get my uncle placed, comfortable and situated less than two weeks. I am overjoyed and highly recommend this place to anyone.
