First experience trying to supplement in-home care for mother who had a stroke. Tristar team was very good communicating availability and working with me while being out of town, very reasonable correspondence. Sonia was amazing. Having a fresh set of eyes in the house to share opinions/recommendations/experiences helped close some loops that we had been spinning our wheels on. House is now safer and have some fresh ideas, nice refresh. Will ask for help from Tristar again

Nico and his team of medical professionals are the best of the best! I had an elderly aunt in their area who was living alone with declining health, in desperate need of home care, especially so after her husband passed away. I was very worried about finding the right care team for her, because I live in another state, and she doesn't speak English very well. I found Tristar Home Care through a high recommendation of a close friend, and I must say Nico and his team delivered beyond any of my expectation. They cared for my aunt as if she were one of their own family members, even through the language barrier. I want to especially highlight their companion care, mobility, and meal preparation services. After their first visit, my aunt even called me to express her happiness and gratitude toward Nico's team, saying that they turned her life around even restored her faith in people. Hearing that from my aunt is more than enough for me to recommend Tristar Home Care to any family, friend, or stranger who may be in need of this care service. Regular working people don't always realize the depth of loneliness our elderly loved ones feel - but Tristar Care does, and they will more than just fill in that gap. I cannot praise them enough - if anyone has had any doubt so far, I sincerely hope that my review will help them make the right decision to hire Nico and his team.

Jen was the staff assigned to my home to help with the care of my 96 year old dad. I have been so impressed with her that I wanted to take the time to write a review. From the start she listened patiently to my concerns and willingly jumped in to care for my dad as directed. I have such piece of mind while running errands and doing other things while she is with my dad. Additionally, she is sweet, kind and compassionate. You can tell that what she does is truly from her heart. I am so grateful to have such a caring individual work so wonderfully with my family!
