Like a true home away from home

Nice looking place. The residents seem pretty well taken care of but the staff was incredibly rude to me. Very unprofessional. Went there a few times and the caregivers were not nice to me. One girl just rolled her eyes and ignored my questions. At least they are nice to the folks that live there but I was not treated well as a visitor

My mom was only at Ingleside for a short time. My mom had dementia and was difficult to work with. Ingleside took her in and did everything possible to make my mom comfortable and independent. My brother and I were so pleased with the ease and care they gave our mom.

My mother was here for two years and had terrific care. The staff is just lovely to the residents. They were taken out for trips around town and even to the beach. Just a great place for when the time comes for a loved one.

I'm not sure why that one negative review is saying all of that, maybe a disgruntled employee. My grandma has been at their first facility for years and they are so good to her- it's not like the usual, sterile atmosphere at most assisted living facilities. They actually care about the residents and make true homes for them! Go visit if you need a place for a loved one who can't live alone anymore. It's a really great choice, like you won't find hardly anywhere.
