Quick and easy in and easy out. Easy registration on line. Caregiver who gave me immunization did not introduce herself nor verify who I was.

My ears were plugged, and the nurse who saw me helped clear them. She was thorough, she used warm water, and she took the time to make sure I felt steady before I left. She also gave me suggestions to help prevent it from happening again in the future.

Tina in medical imaging was so helpful when I reached out and asked about assistance with an x-ray today. She was able to see the patient same-day and even followed up with me about where to send the results. Thanks so much Tina! Great job and excellent customer service! :)

Once again my Mother and I had a fantastic experience at our local UW Clinic! My disable mother took a tumble late one night and we were able to call in and get an almost immediate on-call doctor consult. They got us in the next day at 11am where Dr Drews provided a quick, realistic assessment of our needs giving both myself and my mother much needed piece of mind. So, so happy this is my Mom’s primary.

My Dr Drew’s gives me his undivided attention with every visit. I feel safe and well cared for after my visit. Julie Evans was the intake nurse, and she was very empathetic, engaged, and was patient with me as we discussed my symptoms. Had a fantastic experience as Michelle got me in with a one day notice.
