INGRAHAM HOUSE

Stayed at 1849 for three days in Portland Maine. Wonderful location. Walkable to many sights and restaurants. Nice 4 bedrooms and spacious. Having all the coffee and creamer supplies was an add bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed in the top two units of this house and both were great. Clean, spacious, enough bathrooms/etc... Hosts were quick/responsive

What a special experience. walking into our accomodations at the Thomas Delano House we were simply blown away by the attention to detail. home was beautiful, and very well appointed. Magical garden. The carriage House is the perfect location for a get together or simply hanging out and enjoying your travel companions, and I can tell the hosts of this property genuinely thrive on ensuring their guests have a magical experience. helpful links are provided to help navigate all the wonder Portland has to offer. we will definitely be back. can't wait to explore some of East Coast Retreats other exquisite properties. well done!

I can't recommend using East Coast Retreat enough! I reached out to them to help find a property for a girls trip I was planning and they set us up with the most amazing property. Kristin and Jeff were so kind and responsive, they truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great trip. The historic house we stayed in is so well maintained but with comfortable updates that we never wanted to leave it. We had a chef come in and cook us dinner and spent a day playing games in the back yard/enjoying the outdoor furniture. When we did finally leave the house, it was within walking distance of everything! We would never have been able to find this place with out East Coast Retreat!

Absolutely perfect house in the West End of Portland. We had our wedding party stay at this home for our wedding weekend and it was great. Plenty of space (especially common area spaces). The kitchen can accommodate a large group. Everything was described correctly. AC units in every bedroom was perfect. Steve and Kristen are amazing - they let us tour the property before hand to make sure it would work! We were extremely happy. Short walk or uber to down town, parking was easy. Cannot recommended this house enough for large groups!
