We're a property management company managing 200+ section 8 units. 3 year ago - they were 6 months late to pay rent. Recently, they swore that they've changed and are no longer incompetenant. Unfortunently, Nancy Stanford is still working there and Danita Scott isn't helping her not be a fool. They hired a new director that ran the section 8 department and she was amazing but she left after 1 year. Property managers/landlords - stay away from these guys until Danita Scott and especially incompetenant Nancy Stanford doesn't work there.

I've been here years, and I can only compliment 2 workers for doing an amazing job here. (Aaron Cooper, and Jason ( maintenance)) The rest needs extra training.

They are horrible! I'm a landlord and send a request to Inkster housing to raise the rent after my tenant had lived in my house for 2.5 years. For 6 months I couldn't get a response from them, I called, emailed and sent letters, nothing! Only after I sent a termination of lease they finally reacted. Absolutely non responsive, don't work with them!

I took them to court. I fought and I won. I moved after 11 years because I blessed enough to. I thought, if they wanna raise my rent to live in this place, that they refused to repair my many violations until I took them to court, I can afford a more decent, safer, and quieter place. When I first moved to Inkster, it was a great city, now, it's worse than Detroit.

This place is horrible! I'm grateful to have a place to live with my children but this place is a joke! I've been here just over a year and haven't been able to use the upstairs toilet since I've moved in pipes are leaking flooding my down stairs theirs mold everywhere! My fridge didn't work properly when I moved in and 8 months later they finally replaced it and then I started seeing roaches ugh I hate bugs! And again they won't do anything my family and I are sick all the time due to the mold I really wish I could afford to move!
