We placed my dad here a few months ago, and it has been a fantastic experience from all facets. Mike was incredibly helpful with the tour, move-in, and transition process, and is still great with ongoing communication and answering questions. The care staff is awesome and always has positive attitudes, and the facility is immaculate, cozy, and welcoming. When it comes to placing a parent or loved one somewhere when they need a higher level of care, I couldn't recommend Bear Trail more.

We couldn't be happier with the care and compassion shown at the Inn at Bear Trail. From scheduling our tour with Mike ( the director ), to staff assistance with move in, to the communication between ourselves and the staff. We have truly been treated like family. The community is clean, welcoming and thoughtfully designed making our mother feel safe & comfortable. There are lots of engaging activities as well as well prepped meals daily. Mike goes above and beyond to communicate with us how our loved one is transitioning which always provides great peace of mind. We are grateful for Mike and his team and highly recommend Inn at Bear Trail.

In September 2025, I had to find a senior care facility to meet my father's complex medical needs to keep him out of the ER! Beginning with the initial interview and tour with the Community Director, Michael Harvey, I knew this would be the place for dad! Michael's warmth and compassion let me know that my dad would be loved and cared for and that his medical needs would be met. I later met the Executive Director, Chris Runion, who was so kind and personable. He went above and beyond to greet me as I entered the facility to check-in with me when I would stop by to visit each week. The director of nursing, Jodie, and activites coordinator, Brooke, and all the staff including nurses and aides, made sure that my father was safe to keep him out of the ER, and engaged in stimulating activities and events! As my father is a retired pastor, I was especially pleased by the weekly chapel service on the premises with Pastor Chris, who became my father's pastor while residing at Bear Trail. If you are looking for a facility for your loved one, I would highly recommend The Inn at Bear Trail as they display such excellence in care and treat each resident as "family!"
