My partner's face broke my heart when he returned to the car... He saw quite a few of the residents here sitting outside on a hot day (93 degrees) and he just wanted to brighten up their day by buying them all some Popsicles. Of course he wanted to ask for permission first so he walked in to ask the employees if it was okay. One of them went and got the chef to ask him and when he came out he was visibly angry. He walked up to my partner and said, "I can't help you! We can't help you." My partner said I understand and reached out to shake his hand and he didn't even bother to shake his hand. He treated him like crap just because he wanted to do something nice for the residents-none of whom he knew! This just goes to show you that we now live in a world where you can't even engage in a random act of kindness because people will always assume the worst. Smh. If you have a parent that lives here I truly hope they are treating them well.

VMy mother is a resident and in the beginning she hated the place. NOW SHE LOVES LIVING THERE . I really appreciate your efforts on making her feel at home. You guys keep her busy with activities and turkey races which he told me about you put a smile on my face as she was happy again.

My mom lived there about three years ago. She was treated with respect and kindness. Unfortunately my mother passed. Now my father in law is living there. He has a special diet, they have bent over backwards to meet his restrictions. Again very kind.
