I've been fortunate to have been to a few senior communities, and the Inn at Summit Trail gives me the feeling of home. From the look and feel of a cabin in the country, the warm smiles of the staff who become members of the family. It is truly a great place to consider if you're looking for a sense of community for your loved one.

If you are ever in the difficult place of needing care for a family member then look no further. The staff here are some of the most precious, kind and caring people you will ever meet. I knew the moment Ellie and I talked on the phone that she was genuine. Then my family and I met the rest of the staff, nurses, aides and crew and they are all just as genuine and kind. They don’t just care for your loved one and keep them safe, they also make sure the family is taken care of. There is no greater feeling of peace than to know your loved one is part of a second special family.

My grandmother recently moved in to the Inn at Summit. The staff there has been incredible! They aren’t just wonderful to her but to me as well. It’s a big change and they walked me through every step of the process. They are so patient and kind. Ellie is a god send! She has been my rock throughout this transition. Caretaking is so hard and I have no help. But Ellie and the staff helped me tremendously. My grandmother loves it there. She enjoys the staff, food, activities and her apartment. And I can relax knowing she’s safe and getting the care she needs! Highly recommend if you have a loved one who needs assistance!

The Inn at Summit Trail is truly rejuvenating. A year ago, we crossed paths with Ellie and shared our desire to relocate Mom from Cleveland. Ellie's sweetness, kindness, and patience made the transition seamless. She's an extraordinary individual, and we feel fortunate to have met her. The facility itself is stunning, and the entire staff exudes warmth and kindness. Our experience here has been exceptional. My Mother has been living at the Inn at Summit Trail for 13 months now. She loves it, and we as her family love it. ALL of the staff are caring, respectful, compassionate, and kind. They All pitch in wherever needed. They know the residents and are always greeting them by their name with a smile. The facility is beautiful, clean, and has much to offer. I wish I could name all of the staff members, but this list would be too long! All in all, a great place!
